Returns & Exchanges

At Altex Computers & Electronics, we stand behind our products with a 14-day return window for most hardware and components to ensure your satisfaction. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Altex account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific item.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer box with all manuals, cables, and software, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send it to our central processing facility using a carrier that provides tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and serial number of the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
